Jennifer Elowsky is Of Counsel to McCloskey, Waring & Drury LLP. While litigating and taking complex insurance coverage cases through trial and appeal are part of her repertoire, Ms. Elowsky strives to provide the highest quality representation to achieve the most common sense and practical approach to resolving disputes. Ms. Elowsky’s experience includes handling, evaluating, and successfully resolving coverage disputes including, but not limited to, the following areas: environmental, asbestos, construction, bodily injury, professional liability, automobile, and bad faith claims. Ms. Elowsky’s practice also includes the counseling and educating of clients on risk management and best practices.

 

Prior to joining MWD, Ms. Elowsky was a partner at Wolkin Curran, LLP and taught Legal Research and Writing at the University of California, Davis, as well as at Golden Gate University School of Law. When not practicing law, Ms. Elowsky enjoys hiking, traveling, and live music.
