Christopher E. Hines is an associate at McCloskey, Waring & Drury LLP.  His practice focuses on advising and assisting clients with respect to coverage issues involving all aspects of general claims handling and resolution, including the investigation and analysis of claims, defense and indemnity obligations. Additionally, Mr. Hines provides litigation support and management for our clients, assisting with navigating the California State Courts. 

 

Mr. Hines is a native San Diegan, but credits his upbringing to his time spent in Philadelphia. A graduate of Howard University, he received his B.A. in Journalism with a minor in Art History.  He received his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, Mr. Hines externed with the Honorable John A. Houston at the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. He also led over 50 small claims mediations at the San Diego County Superior Court with the National Conflict Resolution Center.
